Ordering of Photo Prints |
All uploaded photos in your "UR Photo Folders" can be ordered as prints of all sizes through our photo print service.
Photo prints can be picked up in Hong Kong at over 280 Circle K Convenience Stores (www.circlek.hk). Or you can select delivery via mail, and we ship to both local and all international locations.
All our photos are processed by the Fujifilm Digital Frontier MiniLab with Image Intelligence performed to optimize image quality, and they are printed on Fujicolor Crystal Archive Paper for the best quality and long lasting prints.

| Online Ordering Process |
1. Logon and access your online photo folders
2. Select "Buy Photo", then "Buy Prints" or "Buy Cool Prints"
3. Select the photo folder(s) where your desired photos are stored
4. Select the photo(s) within the photo folder(s) to print
5. Press "Next", then select the desired photo sizes and quantity
6. Press "Next", then proceed to check out
7. Select Delivery Method via mail or via Circle K Store for pick-up
UR Photo requires 1-2 working day to process the photo prints. For pickup at Circle K Convenience Stores, your order will be ready between 2-3 working days. For orders via mail, it may take 4 to 10 days for you to receive the order depending on your location and your local postal service.

| Delivery Date and Fee for Orders Containing Different Product Types |
When you purchase products of different types (e.g. photo prints and Cards), they will be shipped at the same time. Nonetheless, mailing and handling fees for individual products will be calculated separately.

| Minimum Order Amount |
Minimum order amount is HK$9 for both Circle K pick up and mailing. (Postage/Shipping and handling fee not included)

| How to Pickup Online Orders at Circle K Convenience Stores |
After you complete your order online, you will receive an e-receipt via e-mail. Please print out the e-receipt and bring it to your selected Circle K Convenience Store to pickup your order.

| For Our Environment, Use Less Plastic Album |
Support green environment and avoid unnecessary wastage. No plastic album would be bundled with online print order regardless of the pickup / delivery methods. However, if you are purchasing 4R or 4D prints, 4R and 4D plastic album(s) can be ordered during the check-out process.

| Online Payment Methods |
Currently we only accept payments via Visa and MasterCard.
All our credit card transactions are processed through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128-bit encrypted web pages, so the credit card information you submit through the internet is safe.
If your have enrolled in additional online payment security, such as "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard® SecureCode™", you will have to input an additional personal code to complete your order.

| If You Accidentally Close Your Browser During Online Payment |
If you have already submitted your credit card details, please check the order status in "View Order History".
If your order has been processed successfully, an e-shop receipt with order number will be generated, and you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, such information also can be viewed at your "My UR" page.
However, if you cannot find the new order number in "View Order History", your order did not go through and your credit card was NOT charged.
 For any inquiry on payment, we suggest you to call the card issuing bank / organization directly, or click to AsiaPay / PayDollar's "PayDollar PayVerify" system for your credit card transaction query. Or, you may call our Customer Services Hotline +852 9502 1744 during office hours.

Sorry, you cannot change your pickup location once the order is processed.

| Circle K Pickup Period |
Please pickup your Circle K orders within 14 Days. No Refund and redo order after the pickup deadline.

10 Days Reprint Guarantee
(For Hong Kong orders ONLY.) |
If you are not completely satisfied with your photos for whatever reason, you could request for reprint within a 10 days period. Simply call our hotline at +852 9502 1744 or email at service@urphoto.com for reprint photo information; we will reprint the same photos again absolutely free of charge.
Refunds are not applicable to ALL transactions.
