1. In order to provide the one-stop service described herein ("One-Stop Service") to you, [UR Online Co., Ltd.] ("UROCL") will, as principal (but NOT as your agent) order the "Heartwarming Stamps" from Hongkong Post, subject to the terms and conditions concerning HWSCS (available on www.hongkongpoststamps.com). 

2. UROCL hereby declares that it is NOT an agent, partner, trustee, fiduciary or nominee of the Government in providing the One-Stop Service to you.

3. The Government of Hong Kong SAR (including without limitation, Hongkong Post) ("Government") makes NO warranties, representations or statements (whether express or implied) of any kind in relation to the One-Stop Service provided by UROCL or UROCL's websites, including any warranties, representations and statements in respect of the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose of the One-Stop Service and UROCL's websites.

4. The Government shall NOT in any circumstances or in any way be liable to any customers of UROCL or any other persons for any loss or damage (including consequential, indirect, incidental and special loss or damage) arising out of or in connection with the One-Stop Service, UROCL's websites, the use thereof or the inability to use thereof, or the winding-up, dissolution, insolvency, administration, reorganization or reconstruction of UROCL, or the appointment of a receiver, administrator, administrative receiver, conservator, custodian, trustee or similar officer of UROCL or of any or all of UROCL's assets or revenues.
